Import products from a T-Soft XML

This guide moves a T-Soft catalog into Shopify through T-Soft’s member product XML. Buinbu recognises the products/product structure with ws_code or price_list, maps the fields itself and, after a dry run, creates the new products as drafts. Time: 10 minutes plus the run itself.

Before you start

• A T-Soft XML link: in the T-Soft panel open Bölümler → Link Yönetimi → XML Link Yönetimi → Link Oluştur and the Üye Üzerinden Ürün XML tab. Choose a member in the visitor price group so prices are the public ones, turn on Çoklu Görsel Gönder, Resmi Tam Linkle Gönder, Ürünün Dış Linkini Gönder and Alt Ürünleri (Varyantları) Göster, set the limit high enough for your catalog, and set a password: a link without password returns an empty file.
• No IP restriction on the link. Buinbu does not publish fixed fetch addresses for an allow list.
• Your option type names (for example Renk and Beden): T-Soft exports only the values (type1, type2), not the names.

1. Add the source

1. Open Import and choose Add source.
2. Under Source address paste the link into XML URL, with &password=… at the end. There is no separate password field.
3. Under Price rules set the Profit margin (%) and, if you want it, Round prices up to .90.
4. Under T-Soft option names enter Option 1 name (type1) and Option 2 name (type2). They are filled with Renk and Beden; change them if your types are different.
5. Choose Save and run a dry run. When the run finishes the source page title reads T-Soft. “The source is empty” almost always means the password is missing.

The price rules and option names cannot be edited later; to change them, delete the source and add it again.

The T-Soft mapping is fixed; there is no mapping step.

2. Read the dry run

Last report counts Records, To create, To update, Unchanged, Skipped, Price changes and Stock changes. Matching runs barcode first, then SKU, against your synced catalog. Examples and Issues show the details; nothing is written yet.

3. Apply

On a paid plan choose Apply to store and confirm. New products are created as drafts with the option names you entered; existing products change only in price, compare-at price and stock. To repeat this on a schedule, see Keep an import source up to date automatically.

Check that it works

• Runs lists the run as Apply with the created and updated counts.
• Shopify shows the new products as drafts with the option names you entered.

Common problems
