Import
Bring products into Shopify from Ticimax, T-Soft, Google/Meta, Akakçe or any supplier XML, with matching, price rules, dry runs and automatic updates.
Import reads a product XML by URL, recognises Ticimax, T-Soft, Google/Meta RSS (Cimri included) and Akakçe files automatically, and lets you map the fields of any other XML yourself. Nothing is written to Shopify until a dry run has succeeded and you choose Apply to store: new products arrive as drafts, existing ones get price and stock updates. On paid plans a source can also be applied automatically at the interval you choose.
- Import products from a Ticimax XML
Paste a Ticimax XML URL, set the price rules, read the dry run report and create the products as drafts in Shopify.
- Import products from a T-Soft XML
Create a member product XML link in T-Soft with a password, paste it into Buinbu, name the option types, run a dry run and create products as drafts.
- Import a supplier's Google, Meta or Akakçe XML
Paste a supplier feed in Google/Meta RSS (Cimri style included) or Akakçe format, see how fields map, how variants group by item_group_id and how stock is read.
- Map the fields of an unrecognised supplier XML
When a supplier XML matches no known format, inspect the file, pick the product record, map each field from sample values and run a dry run.
- Keep an import source up to date automatically
Turn on automatic updates for an import source, pick a frequency your plan allows and see what each run changes and what happens when one fails.
