Terms of Service: Buinbu Apps

Parties and scope. These terms are an agreement between Buinbu (“Buinbu”, “we”), an independent software studio based in Türkiye, and the business that installs a Buinbu app on its Shopify store (“Customer”, “you”). They cover Buinbu apps on the Shopify App Store, including Buinbu XML Feed, together with buinbu.com and its documentation. By installing or using an app you accept these terms. Shopify’s own terms continue to apply to your use of Shopify.
Service. Buinbu XML Feed builds product feeds (XML, CSV and similar files) from your Shopify catalog for shopping and marketplace channels, and imports products from supplier files into Shopify. Features and limits depend on your plan, as listed on buinbu.com/pricing and the App Store listing. Channels such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Akakçe or Cimri decide on their own whether to accept a feed or a product; we do not guarantee approval, ranking or sales.
Your responsibilities. You give accurate information, keep access to your store secure, and make sure your products, prices and content comply with the law, Shopify’s policies and each channel’s policies. You are responsible for checking imported products before you publish them. You may not reverse engineer the service, place abusive load on it, use it for unlawful products or content, or resell it without our written permission.
Fees and billing. The Free plan costs nothing. Paid plans are billed by Shopify in US dollars, every 30 days or yearly, on your Shopify invoice; taxes are added by Shopify where they apply. Your first paid plan includes a 7-day free trial, once per store. You can change plans or cancel from the app or by uninstalling it. We announce price changes at least 30 days in advance; they apply from your next billing period. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
Data. We process data as described in the Privacy Policy and, for personal data we handle on your behalf, the Data Processing Addendum, which forms part of these terms. You confirm you have the right to share the data you connect to the service.
Intellectual property. The software, the Buinbu name and logo, and the documentation belong to Buinbu. While these terms apply you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for your stores. Your catalog and content remain yours; you allow us to process them only to provide the service.
Support and availability. Support is by e-mail at support@buinbu.com; we aim to answer within one business day. We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is kept short and, where possible, announced in advance.
Disclaimer. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost sales or lost data. Liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for intent or gross negligence, is not affected.
Indemnity. You will defend and hold Buinbu harmless against third-party claims arising from your products, content or prices, or from your breach of these terms, the law or a channel’s policies.
Suspension and termination. You can stop at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end the service for a material breach of these terms, for unlawful use, or when Shopify requires it, normally after notice. After termination, data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by e-mail or in the app at least 30 days before they apply; continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept them.
Governing law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country.
